The most common way is to use this site to get more freelance clients. It is going to be hard at first to get anyone to barely see your designs and consequently hire you.
Here are some tips that I recommend to help you earn more views > more clients and obviously more cash running to your pocket.
1- Design Quality
as you may have guessed if your designs are bad and are of an inferior quality you will never get clients or you may get clients that will undervalue you and they will be willing to pay as low as $5 to get one of your designs.
To make sure that this doesn't happen you should apply the rule quality over quantity but that is not enough, read the next point to know what I mean.
2- Upload more designs
If you have barely any designs on your Dribbble page, you will have low views and no one will be able to find about you. You must upload as many designs as you can.
Wait a minute! This point opposes the previous point, you have said previously quality over quantity. This is what you will be thinking about right now. Yes, you are right I said Quality over Quantity but that doesn't mean that you don't have to have many designs. You can make many quality designs. That way you are going to balance it. With many high-quality designs, you will be found easily and get hired quicker because you have quality designs that 99% of clients are going to like and are going to be willing to pay you more.
